Welcome to ald12345 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). ald12345 is operated by its licensed entity and is accessible at https://ald12345.cam. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and ald12345 governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and content offered thereon.

By creating an account on ald12345, making a deposit, placing a bet, or in any way using the Platform's services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

ald12345 operates under an international gaming licence and is committed to providing a secure, fair, and responsible online gambling environment for eligible players, including those based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other locations across Malaysia.

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on ald12345, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older;
• You are using the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or operating a professional gambling syndicate;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from ald12345 or any affiliated Platform;
• Your use of the Platform is not prohibited by the laws of your country, state, or jurisdiction of residence;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

ald12345 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant Account and the forfeiture of any Bonus Balance held therein.

Only one Account is permitted per individual Player. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, IP address, or device are prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ald12345 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void outstanding bets, and retain any Bonus Balances in connection with the duplicate Accounts.

To create an Account, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and a valid contact number. Registration using false, fictitious, or third-party details is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.

Prior to processing any withdrawal from your Account, ald12345 requires successful completion of its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit the following documents:

• A clear, legible photograph of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back;
• A recent selfie photograph clearly showing your face alongside your MyKad;
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet or Maybank account showing the registered name and account number).

ald12345 may also request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence purposes, including but not limited to proof of source of funds, utility bills, or bank statements. All submitted documents are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords with any third party. ald12345 will never solicit your password through any communication channel. Any unauthorised access to your Account must be reported to our support team immediately.

ald12345 supports deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrency networks (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 for fiat methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30–50 depending on the selected currency.

All deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ald12345 does not apply currency conversion surcharges on MYR deposits. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of receipt.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used to fund the Account and that match the Account holder's verified identity. ald12345 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts held in names other than the Account holder.

Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay: Typically 5–30 minutes once approved;
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically 1–3 business hours;
• Cryptocurrency: Network-dependent, typically 10–60 minutes;
• First-time withdrawal: May require up to 24 hours pending KYC verification completion.

ald12345 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily held pending satisfactory verification. Players will be notified where this occurs.

ald12345 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, VIP cashback, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these overall Terms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any part of the Bonus Balance (or winnings derived therefrom) may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount received. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement requires total bets of MYR 1,500 to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is established.

ald12345 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring wagering commitments already in progress. Bonuses that are found to have been obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of system errors, or in breach of these Terms will be voided and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Players may only claim a promotional offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Duplicate Account holders attempting to claim the same promotion across multiple Accounts will have all Accounts suspended and all bonuses forfeited.

All bets placed on ald12345 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections — including event, market type, odds, and stake — before confirming placement. ald12345 does not accept responsibility for errors made by a Player in their bet selection.

ald12345 offers betting markets on a wide range of sports including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international sporting events. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.

In the event that a bet is placed at odds that are manifestly erroneous due to a system or human error, ald12345 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's Real Money Balance. Such instances will be communicated to the affected Player within a reasonable timeframe.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. ald12345 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction or software error during play, ald12345 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's Account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engagement in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to guarantee conversion of bonus funds to real money;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, macros, or any automated systems to interact with the Platform;
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity or engage in fraudulent financial conduct;
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions made through payment providers after using those funds to bet on the Platform;
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity, age, or payment information during registration or KYC processes;
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party;
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

All content on the ald12345 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, sound recordings, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ald12345 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ald12345.

ald12345 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ald12345 disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ald12345's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall ald12345 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gambling winnings, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not ald12345 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ald12345 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We provide players with tools including voluntary deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to support healthy gambling habits. These tools are accessible directly from the Account settings panel.

If you believe that your gambling behaviour has become problematic or compulsive, we encourage you to activate self-exclusion from within your Account settings or by contacting our 24/7 support team. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and enforced across the Platform.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting ald12345 customer support. Upon closure, your Real Money Balance (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your last verified payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

ald12345 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Determination that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3;
• Regulatory requirement or court order to do so.

Upon closure pursuant to Clause 12.2, any Bonus Balance and winnings derived from bonus funds that are subject to incomplete wagering requirements shall be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned subject to satisfactory fraud and KYC checks.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ald12345 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory body.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute process, Players are encouraged to contact ald12345 customer support directly. The majority of account, payment, and bonus disputes are resolved through direct communication within 3–5 business days.

ald12345 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, ald12345 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to active Account holders via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
